Each resin is formulated to work in conjunction is our extensive family of liners for vertical and lateral applications, using ambient, heat, or UV cure systems. MaxPox® (Epoxy Based)

MaxPox 4:1

Two-part, 100% solids epoxy base resin used with the MaxPox Hardeners. MaxPox base resin has an ultra-low odor, zero VOCs, and are Styrene-free.

MaxPox 4:1 Hardeners
  • MaxPox 30 – A 30 minute working time hardener exclusively used with the MaxPox Resin base.
  • MaxPox 60 – A 60 minute working time hardener exclusively used with the MaxPox Resin base.
  • MaxPox 180 – A 180 minute working time hardener exclusively used with the MaxPox Resin base.
MaxPox 2:1 Hardeners
  • MaxPox 30 – A 30 minute working time hardener exclusively used with the MaxPox Resin base.
  • MaxPox 60 – A 60 minute working time hardener exclusively used with the MaxPox Resin base.

MaxPox® VE

MaxPox® VE is a corrosion-resistant epoxy vinyl ester resin designed for Cured-in-Place pipe (CIPP) applications. Engineered for ambient curing, it provides strong performance and durability in demanding pipe rehabilitation environments.

Its corrosion resistance is comparable to CORVE8100. CORVE8190 is LA Greenbook approved, providing an option for applications requiring compliance with Los Angeles Greenbook specifications. Specific testing data and corrosion recommendations are available upon request.

Max VertiPox® Family

VertiPox 3:1 Resin

Two-part, 100% solids epoxy base resin used exclusively with VertiPox Hardeners uniquely formulated for vertical piping and in-building applications. VertiPox base resin has ultra low-odor, zero VOCs, and are Styrene-free.

VertiPox 30

A 30 minute working time hardener exclusively used with the Max VertiPox Resin base. Ideal for short length.

VertiPox 60

60 minute working time hardener exclusively used with the Max VertiPox Resin base. Ideal for short length.

MaxLight® Family

MaxLight EA Resin

The MaxLight EA Resin System is a light-curable epoxy acrylate formulation specifically engineered for Cured-in-Place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation applications. MaxLight EA exhibits excellent adhesion to structural materials and provides superior corrosion resistance to municipal sewage, acids, and alkalis commonly found in drain, sewer, and commercial wastewater environments. The resin cures across the UV and visible light spectrum, offering flexibility in curing lamp selection and intensity.

MaxLight UV Resin

Single-component resin formulated to cure with UV LED light that offers excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance. MaxLight has an ultra-low odor and is Styrene-free.

MaxLight Plus UV Resin Systems

Single-component, ultra-clear acrylate modified Epoxy Resin that is LED light curable and exhibits excellent adhesion to most structural materials with faster cure speeds. MaxLight PLUS is ultra-low odor and Styrene free.
