We also offer a full range of packers and accessories to support UPR applications in pipe diameters from 3 to 48 inches. Our packers are durable, inflatable carriers designed to position and hold repair materials securely against the inside of the pipe while the repair cures.

United Point Repair - UV System

Reliable, Cost-Effective, and Seamless Spot Repair for Mainline Pipes

Address I & I, exfiltration, roots, and off-joint connections without the hassle and expense of a complete reline. United Point Repair UV uses clean ultraviolet light cure technology for reliable mainline point repair.

It’s no-shrink design anchors itself within the pipe and averages just 0.13” thick after curing.

United Point Repair UV features highly chemical resistant, styrene-free UV resin with an extremely high glass transition temperature of 266°F | 130°C.

Cures in only 10 minutes
Diameter range: mainlines 6”-12” made of concrete, PVC or vitrified clay pipe
Available in 24” and 48” lengths
Transitions smoothly into the host pipe walls, with minimal reduction in flow capacity

Packers

Packers are durable, inflatable carriers designed to position and hold repair materials securely against the inside of a pipe while the repair cures.

Standard/Straight Repair Packers are used for point repairs in straight pipe sections. Available in multiple diameters and lengths, select models include a bypass to maintain flow during installation.

Flex/Elbow Packers are flexible carriers designed to navigate bends, elbows, and other curved pipe sections where a standard straight packer may not fit properly.

Pillow Packers are heavy-duty inflatable packers designed for larger-diameter pipes. Their pillow-style construction expands to support and press repair materials firmly against the pipe wall.
